This Yuthok Nyingthig Ngöndro (Tib. གཡུ་ཐོག་སྙིང་ཐིག་སྔོན་འགྲོ།) practice manual is modified for easy home printing on standard A4 paper and includes Shanglon protector practice and short Ganapuja so that it is a complete text for ngöndro retreat.
